habibits is a service that enables the user to identify, analyze and track personal habits and behaviour patterns. It helps the user to efficiently improve his/her well-being by tracking habits and moods. For our users it will be easier to learn more about their habits (good & bad ones) and how knowledge about behaviour patterns can lead to a better lifestyle and health.
Currently users might know they should change specific habits and there are plenty of apps out there for specific usecases (e.g. Calm to reduce stress & improve sleeping patterns or Strava to improve excercises) but there is no app to identify habits and that analyzes how combining different behaviours could help users to change their overall lifestyle.
